We are currently selling both whole and half pigs as shares.
When you purchase a pork share you are literally buying a half or whole pig. This is a great way to stock your freezer up with super high-quality pork for the year. We raise the pigs for you to an ideal weight of around 250lbs, coordinate the on-farm slaughter and delivery to our local butcher shop, and then you get to choose how you want that pig (or half pig) prepared. We are happy to help walk you through this process if it is new to you. We currently go through Willowside Meats to cut and wrap your meat for you. They are highly skilled butchers and we have always been satisfied with the meat we get back from them. They can process all of the traditional cuts of meat as well as make sausage and cured and smoked products. Please click the download button to the left for more detailed instructions.

A half pork share costs $7/lb hanging weight + slaughter fee. In addition you will be paying Willowside Meats separately for the cut and wrap process.
*Deposit for a half pig is $150- this will be subtracted off of your final price
A whole pork share costs $6/lb hanging weight + slaughter fee. In addition you will be paying Willowside Meats separately for the cut and wrap process.
