Pork Shares
At Fox Sparrow Farm we sell both whole and half pigs as "shares".
When you purchase a pork share you are literally buying a half or whole pig. This is a great way to stock your freezer up with high-quality, pasture raised pork for the year. We raise the pigs for you to an ideal weight of around 200-250lbs, coordinate the on-farm slaughter and delivery to our local butcher shop, and then you get to choose how you want that pig (or half pig) prepared. We are happy to help walk you through this process if it is new to you. We currently go through Willowside Meats to cut and wrap your meat for you. They are highly skilled butchers and we have always been satisfied with the meat we get back from them. They can process all of the traditional cuts of meat as well as make sausage and cured and smoked products. Please click the button to the left for more detailed information.

Half Share
A half pork share costs $7/lb based on the hanging weight. In addition you will be paying Willowside Meats separately for the slaughter and cut and wrap fees.
*Deposit for a half pig is $150- this will be subtracted off of your final price
