You will pay the remaining balance once the final hanging weight is determinded at $10/lb.  Hanging weights average between 17-22lbs (+/-).
 
Exact dates depend on butcher processing times. The butcher shop will call you to go over your custom cut and wrap order and to confirm pickup date. Please read more details on our lamb share here.
