You will pay the remaining balance once the final hanging weight is determined at $7/lb.  Hanging weights average between 100-125lbs (+/-).
 
Example: For a 100lb hanging weight whole pork share- the cost would be $700 plus slaughter and cut and wrap fees charged separately by Willowside Meats.
 
Exact dates depend on butcher processing times. The butcher shop will call you to go over your custom cut and wrap order and to confirm pickup date. Please read more details on our pork share here.
