*If you sign up for a half share for April, please do so by Saturday, April 25th. If we have an odd number of half shares sold, your order may get pushed to our May processing date based on when the order is placed. Please reach out if you want more info about timing.
You will pay the remaining balance once the final hanging weight is determined at $7/lb. Hanging weights average between 90-110lbs (+/-).
Example: For a 100lb hanging weight half pork share- the cost would be $700 plus slaughter and cut and wrap fees charged separately by Willowside Meats.
Exact dates depend on butcher processing times. The butcher shop will call you to go over your custom cut and wrap order and to confirm pickup date. Please read more details on our pork share here.
