Tentative Butcher Dates are:

*As we head into a very busy time of year for our butcher shop, we are asking customers to sign up as far in advance as you are able. We have a limited number of shares for each date. Dates are subject to change but we will let customers know if that happens. These are processing dates only and your actual shares can take up to two-three weeks to prepare for pickup. When you place your deposit, please specify which date you are looking to have your share processed in the "notes" section of your order.

You will pay the remaining balance once the final hanging weight is determined at $6/lb. Hanging weights average between 180-220lbs (+/-).
Example: For a 200lb hanging weight whole pork share- the cost would be $1200 plus slaughter and cut and wrap fees charged separately by Willowside Meats.
Exact dates depend on butcher processing times. The butcher shop will call you to go over your custom cut and wrap order and to confirm pickup date. Please read more details on our pork share here.
