You will pay the remaining balance once the final hanging weight is determined at $9/lb.  Hanging weights average around 35-45lbs (+/-).
 
Example: For a 40lb hanging weight whole lamb share- the cost would be $360 plus slaughter and cut and wrap fees charged separately by Willowside Meats.
 
Exact dates depend on butcher processing times. The butcher shop will call you to go over your custom cut and wrap order and to confirm pickup date. Please read more details on our lamb share here.
