Our geese are raised alongside our ducks on pasture. Not only do they serve as protectors of our flock, but they also lay the most delicious, massive eggs for a very short time in the spring! Goose eggs are roughly the size of 3 duck eggs. Their yolks are impressively large and rich. Treat yourself to something unique this spring!
